- Statement of Work Dialogic Link (f) Capabilities Statement Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for RightFax Branch Office Server Commercially Available off-the-shelf Software. This is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) # SP4707-12-Q-0044. Place of performance is Battle Creek, Michigan. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Delivery shall be no later than 30 calendar days after award date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular # 2005-56. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns and the associated NAICS code is 511210 with a SBA size standard of $25,000,000 in average annual receipts. Offerors shall provide a price for each contract line item number (CLIN) in their quote. Quotes with quantities of less than requested or products other than those requested will be deemed technically unacceptable. CLIN Descriptions: (Reference supporting attached Capabilities Statement and Statement of Work) CLIN 0001: RightFax Branch Office Server, Includes 2 RightFax Channels, 2 FOIP Channels, 100 Users, P/N: S-CPRFPGBOS, QTY: 01 ea. CLIN 0002: RightFax Branch Office Server-PDF Module, P/N: S-CPRFPGBOSPDF, QTY: 01 ea. CLIN 0003: RightFax Standard Support, 1 Year, P/N: S-CPRFSTDSUPPORT, QTY: 01 ea. CLIN 0004: RightFax 2 day Install, P/N: MTM-PRO-SYS-PRJ, QTY: 01 ea. This is a Brand Name or Equal purchase description. Vendors may propose a product in lieu of the brand named item, whereas the replacement product meets or exceeds the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the brand name item specifically mentioned. Vendors who propose products other than those specifically referenced by brand name shall provide adequate documentation to verify technical equivalency. Insufficient documentation for a technical evaluation regarding proposed products equivalency to the product referenced by brand name shall result in a technically unacceptable rating and removal from consideration. A minimum required capabilities statement is attached to this RFQ. Products other than those specifically requested shall require extensive testing for compliance with DLA network compatibility and security requirements. DLA reserves the right to withhold award until products are approved for use and software may be required to be supplied for use in testing environment prior to award. Vendors who propose alternative products in lieu of the brand name product that cannot be properly tested by DLA shall be rated technically unacceptable. The evaluation factor(s) for award is; lowest-price, technically acceptable. Any resulting contract or order will be firm-fixed price.
