- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: Hartford Delineated Area: Beginning at corner of Columbus Avenue and Charter Oak Avenue, heading east on Charter Oak Avenue to corner of Charter Oak Avenue and Sheldon Street. Heading north on easterly side of Sheldon Street to the intersection of Sheldon Street and Columbus Avenue, going north over the bridge to Columbus Avenue. On the easterly side of Columbus Avenue from the corner of Columbus Avenue to Arch Street, head north on Columbus Avenue to the corner of Columbus Avenue and Talcott Street. Heading west from Talcott Street and Columbus Avenue, the southerly side of Talcott Street to Main Street. Proceeding south on Main Street to the corner of Church Street, head westerly on the south side of Church Street to the corner of Church Street and Ann Uncello Street, south on Ann Uncello Street from the easterly side of Ann Uncello Street south to Jewell Street, continuing on northerly side of Jewell Street to the intersection of Jewell Street and Trumbull Street, continuing on the northerly side of Jewell Street to Wells Street to corner of Wells Street and back around Arch Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,655 Maximum Sq. Ft.
