- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Military Academy at West Point is looking for vendors that can provide a solution for a spherical vacuum chamber. The specifications, terms, and conditions are contained in the attached SF1449 solicitation. If you can provide a solution that meets these specifications, terms, and conditions please email a quote along with the completed SF1449 to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the due date of 4pm EST on 5/14/2012. Please note that this is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
