Description

The solicitation ISSUE DATE is May 29, 2012 with a CLOSING DATE of June 29, 2012. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 46 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Approved source is THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE 77272, P/N 724E2356-1. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 295 days After Receipt of Order. This item has higher level inspection and configuration control Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
