Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for the Brownell Flooring Job and Wall Partition at the VA Medical Center West Haven, Connecticut. The construction cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238330 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as past performance. The solicitation package will be available issued on May 14, 2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for June 4, 2012 at 12:00. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation will be set aside strictly for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All SDVOSBs must be certified in Vet Biz as an SDVOSB. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
