- SF 1449 Solicitation The RCO-NCR, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for an annual subscription that allows access to mailing list database for Marine Corp Band Member recruitment purposes. The contract will be for a base year with two (2) option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00264-12-T-0200 is hereby a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, and Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58 effective 18 April 2012 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20120420 effective 20 Apr 2012. Notice of a Total Small-Business set-aside under the associated NAICS code: 541910 and small business size standard of $25.0M. See attached RFQ M00264-12-T-0200 for requirements. Vendors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) before award can be made. Questions are due no later than 16 May 2012 at 10:00 AM.
