- Statement of Work for medical support of JCLC 2012: The services provided will be in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for Emergency Medical Services promulgated under the authority of Act 435 of 1975, effective June 1 2008. Two Ambulances with 1 State licensed EMT and 1 State licensed Paramedic in each. Each ambulance ALS certified and will be properly registered and stocked in accordance with AR state law. Each team will be on site no later than 0500 on 4-5 June 2012. Each team will be on site no later than 0830 on 6-8 June 2012. Each team will leave training site no later than 1700 on 4-7 June 2012. Each team will leave training site no later than 1900 on 8 June 2012. Each team will be responsible for treatment and evaluation of minor injuries (non life, limb or eyesight threatening). Each team will be responsible for stabilization, treatment and transport to nearest Hospital of any life, limb or eyesight threatening injury to the nearest hospital. Medical injury determination will be in accordance with normal EMT guidelines and requirements and Field Triage Decision Scheme of The Arkansas Trauma Triage Protocol dated 21 February 2012. All medical supplies and treatment medication for emergency treatment of severe injuries will be the resonsibility of the contractor. Prescription medications will be supplied and dispensed by JCLC medical support staff. Upon transport, each ambulance team will be off site no longer than 30 minutes, in the event team will be off site for more than 30 minutes, an additional ambulance similarly equipped and staffed will be provided in place until the original team returns. Upon transport to nearest appropriate hospital, the ambulance team will perform normal emergency duties in route and turn over patient to ER personnel upon arrival and proper information exchange at medical facility. Teams will inform ER personnel of place of origin of patient and provide JCLC staff as POC for patient. Fuel and Maintenance will be the responsibility of the contractor. No fuel or maintenance facilities will be available on Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, Ar. Each vehicle will arrive with the necessary fuel and maintenance items for the duration of the duty day. Upon mechanical failure, the contractor has 30 minutes to provide a suitable replacement for medical support. Access to all training sites will be on improved roads, either paved or gravel maintained. Feeding of medical personnel will be the responsibility of the contractor. Teams may leave for up to 30 minutes (at a designated meal time, to be provided prior to exercise) to obtain meals if necessary.
