- Description
- The Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM)Customer Service Office (CSO) Vanguard 2.1 competition was a "Fair Opportunity" under the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Small Business Contract. The resultant seven-year performance-based task order is a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price/Time and Materials Task Order. The Task Order Performance Objectives are listed below: a. Objective 1: Provide Program Management. b. Objective 2: Provide and manage a 24 X 365 IT Service Desk for domestic and worldwide tier 1 and domestic tier 2 support. c. Objective 3: Provide and manage 24 X 365 domestic tier 2 desktop support. d. Objective 4: Provide and Manage Walk-in IT service desks. e. Objective 5: Provide Operational Support and Quality Assessment via the ITIL model. f. Objective 6: Structure the task order so that the contractor assumes a reasonable share of financial and business risk associated with the contract and related to unknown conditions as part of a long-term commitment and partnership that enhances service quality, provides cost effective solutions, and consistently meets Department of State goals and Service Level Agreements. g. Objective 7: Provide Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and/or Time & Materials (T&M) support for surge requirements (ad-hoc task). h. Objective 8: Provide support for CSO Special Projects (ad-hoc task). i. Objective 9: Provide procurement support (equipment repair purchases - Other Direct Costs). j. Objective 10: Provide Support for DoS/USAID IT Transformation Initiative (ITTI) (optional task).
