Description
Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential vendors capable of providing Brand Name or Equal QOUSTICS WOUNDS THERAPY SYSTEM CAT# AR 1000. Arobella Salient Characteristic: - 35 Kiloherz ultrasonic device - 15 surgical curettes reusable/autoclavable - no additional manufacturer disposables. - Ultrasonic wound care at 35 kiloherz provides contact ultra sound for advanced wound care through a 10mm or 6 mm surgical curette. Delivering the ultra sound through a curette delivers ultra sound @ 360 degrees via the curette which results in a less painful debridement, provides antimicrobial benefits, and cell stimulation. - 1 year warranty and the manufacturer provides a loaner system usually delivered with 24 hours to prevent any down time. - The Arobella system comes with 15 autoclavable Qoustic Qurette tips thus giving you the ability to perform 15 debridements before autoclaving. -Arobella sharp edged curette works on any type of wound. The QWTS meets the Centers for Medicare and Meidcaid Services definition of sharp object necessary to utilize the excisional debridement code when appropriate. Place of Performance: Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 504 Cumberland Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301.
