- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.Offeror's are required to meet eligibility requirements, and their service must meet a qualification requirement of the USAID Regional Inspector General Office, Cairo, to be eligible for award. Additional information about the qualification requirements may be obtained from jgoodwin@usaid.gov or sbotros@usaid.gov. 2. Description - Apply agreed-upon audit procedures to gauge the extent of completion of project activities as required in the award and any sub award(s) to a USAID/West Bank and Gaza implementing partner, under the PCAP. In applying agreed-upon procedures, e.g., conduct interviews with implementing partner personnel, review partner submitted progress reports, review deliverables required under the award, etc.; contractor will verify actual performance against required performance for past and on-going activity performance at 54 project sites. Contractor will report its finding(s) to the designated person for inspection, acceptance, and receipt for this award. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56 6.The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition as well as its addenda. 7. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is used, and the specific evaluation criteria applicable are included in that provision. 8. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offer. 9. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as well as its addenda. 10. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses marked with "X" next to the clause are applicable to the acquisition. 11.
