Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Specifications for a DC Ramp Test Set: * It must be able to automatically ramp voltage from 0 to 50 KV DC * It must allow for manual user-selected voltage control in the range from 0 to 50 KV DC * Must have ground presence detection and protection * Must have a built-in winding discharge circuit * Must have analog outputs for voltage and current to connection to a chart recorder or other data recorder system * Must allow for PC connection to display results as test is running and side-by-side comparison of saved curves. * The set must include: Control unit; High Voltage module; control cable, high voltage cable, and grounding cable; PCMCIA interface Card and cable; Operating Manual; Software License for current version release * Power Input: 85-264 Volts AC, 2 amp, 50/60 Hz * Output voltage: 0 to 50 Kilovolts DC * Ramp rate: 0 to 2.5 Kilovolts/min (continuously adjustable) * Output current 1.0 milliamps * Current metering 0-1/2.5/5/10/25/50/100/250 micro amps * The operating temperature must be 0 to 40 degrees C * Must be compliant with the following standards IEEE Standard 95-2002 CE compliance EN61326 for EMC WARRANTY: The DC Ramp Test Set and all accessories shall be warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
