- Notice of Sole Source Intent This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a contract for electric utility services to Holy Cross Energy. Electric utility services are required for the Eastern Colorado Area Office Meredith Field Office and associated facilities; to include Hunter Creek Diversion, Mormon Opp Building, and Ruedi Dam. Reclamation has found Holy Cross Energy to be the only source able to successfully complete the required electric utility services. Since Reclamation believes that only one responsible source can fully provide the services that will satisfy the agency's requirements, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. Responses to this notice shall be mailed to the Bureau of Reclamation - GP-5000; PO Box 36900; Billings, Montana 59107, or faxed to 406-247-7798, Attn: Amanda Somerville, or e-mailed to asomerville@usbr.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
