- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Duff Norton Company, Division of Yale Industrial Products, Inc., Charlotte, NC. and their Authorized Distributors for 17 each of a Duff-Norton one (1) ton Acme Screw Jack, P/N SM2501/SM2500. Duff Norton is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of these 1 Ton Acme Scew Jack assemblies conforming to these part numbers, SM2501/SM2500 and H-60 aircraft existing design and is a proven product that meets Government specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as Brand Name Only. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.All vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) Database. The internet website is http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccringq or www.ccr.gov. It is mandatory to register with the CCR as your Duns Number(Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF); information available in Clause 252.232-7003. Additional information required: Cage Code, Duns Number, Tax ID Number, Payment Terms, Delivery schedule, Delivery charges if applicable, GSA contract number if applicable, Business size, and Email address.
