Brand Name J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Item 0001 below is being requested: Description background LM-1750HD is a high performance Multi-format 17" Color LCD Monitor for the broadcast and professional market. These detailed special features of the supply/service are required to meet the minimum need for effective program performance: TVONE 17" High Definition Universal LCD Rack mount Monitor is used for the AVM contractor's work bench. The LM-1750HD is be in~ used on two workbenches, for continuity throughout the work shop these 10 monitors have all the signal inputs used for Technicians to trouble shoot properly. A multitude of video signal formats may be accurately monitored. The high brightness, wide viewing angle, excellent contrast ratio and high definition color result in an outstanding image. The unit features inputs for SDI (either SD or HD) with an active output, HDMI, Analog RGBHV, YUV or YPbPr Component Videoand 2x Composite Video. An YC input is available and can be used in lieu of one of the Composite inputs. NTSC and PAL Television Standards are supported andautomatically detected. Five Stereo inputs are also provided and dual internal speakers driven by a 3 wattamplifier provide stereo audio monitoring capability.Front panel Tally LED's can be activated external via theDB9 connector. The Menu contains all the necessary controls to adjustContrast, Brightness, Sharpness, Color, Hue, Black Stretch and other parameters necessary for optimummonitor performance. Results of these adjustments canbe viewed via the On Screen Display. A Sync Delay(Pulse Cross) mode allows viewing of the vertical andhorizontal sync and vertical blanking intervals. A BlueOnly mode facilitates accurate monitor setup whenviewing color bars. The metal case has a standard VESA mount on the rearpanel. A rackmount kit is included that can tilt up ordown. Although the monitor has excellent viewingangles, the tilt feature can be beneficial whencircumstances necessitate mounting the monitorconsiderably above or below normal eye level. a.
