Description

It is the intent of the Government to add the list of NSNs below to the Boeing Long Beach Corporate contract SPM400-03-D-9408. Unit prices will be based on pricing good through 2015 and based on estimated annual demands for these NSNs that have been determined by the cognizant product specialist to be sole source to Boeing CAGE OPXV4 or 76301. No contract bundling applies. Surplus offers must be for the entire estimated annual demand of a given NSN for at least 2012. The approval and utilization of surplus material will result in delay of the NSN to this intended long term contract. Any NSN that becomes competitive, obsolete, etc., no longer being sole soruce to Boeing, will be removed frm this long term contract IAW terms and conditions set forth in the contract.
