- ISSUE DATE: JUNE 12, 2012 Solicitation for End Item: KC135. NSN: 2840 00 269 5157, Liner, Combustion CH; UNITED TECHNOLOGIES, CATE 77445, p/n 520600. PR 0044434617. DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR FATunits is 300 DAYS ARO. DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR PRODUCTION UNITS IS 300 DAYS AFAA. Configuration Control item. NAICS is 336412. This is a 100% small business set aside after exclusion of sources (INTENDED SOURCES: 00518,06959,31340,33436,33617,55282,8U485). FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a Request for proposal for a Definite Quantity Contract for 459 each. Export control specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. Configuration control applies. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4493. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
