- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Bliss, TX (MICC Fort Bliss) intends to award a sole source purchase order for Audio Maintenance Support to existing 3 Epson 8100i LCD projector, Extron RGB switches, wireless microphones, AMX Madero CPU/MCU, Cannon VTC cameras and AMX lighting control system to Audio Fidelity Communications Corporation, 12820 West Creek Parkway STE M, Richmond, VA 23238. This product is unique and proprietary to and only distributed by Audio Fidelity Communications Corporation. Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The delivery location is Fort Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 423690 and the SBA size standard is 100 employees. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the MICC Fort Bliss. The government does not intend to pay for information provided by an agency. Facsimile submissions and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written responses shall provide evidence that the offeror can provide all of the requirements.
