- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is for the procurement of 13 SEL Protective Line Relays and necessary wiring harnesses. The solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 335311. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.govin order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
