Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of 14.0M. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) F8N3CE2108A001 A mandatory site visit will be conducted at Building 260, Pease Air National Guard Base at 09:00AM EST on Tuesday, 5 June 2012. All contractors will meet off base in the parking lot located directly across from the main gate entrance of Pease ANGB, cross streets are Pease Blvd and Arboretum Dr. Information provided at this site visit as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Inspection of Installed High Expansion Foam (HEF) Suppression for PEASE ANG BASE Newington, NH 03801 (See attached statement of work). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in the following relative order of importance past performance and price are equal. Submit three (3) similar projects completed within the past five (5) years. The Government intends to award a Base Year and Two (2) Option years.
