- MFR Solicitation Reference #: HC1028-12-T-0089 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is provided as an attachment to this notice. This acquisition is for the purchase of Oracle software maintenance for DISA-PEO-MA. All quotes must be for BRAND NEW products. Quotes for used, re-furbished, etc items will not be accepted. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Vendors providing pricing must be authorized resellers of the products they chose to quote, as this is for brand name or equal products. All quotes are due NLT 25 May 2012, 5:00pm CST. Questions will be accepted until 25 may 2012, 12:00pm CST. Please contact Christopher.Jordan@disa.mil with questions. Evaluation of quotes will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13.106. The evaluation criterion is: TECHNICAL ACCEPTABLENESS(1) AND PRICE (2). Payment will be made via Government Credit Card. Any associated fees must be incorporated into your line item pricing. You may not have a separate line item for credit card fees. Please complete the attached solicitation in its entirety and return to Christopher.Jordan@disa.mil for consideration for award. Only one award will be made for this requirement.
