- This was a "Fair Opportunity" competition under an existing Department of State Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Department awarded a six-year (two-year base period with four one-year options) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) performance-based Task Order under Department of State Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract - SAQMMA10D0018 - Global Support Strategy for Visa Services. The following objectives apply: Primary Objective 1: Launch a regional GSS program for India no earlier than one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days after task order award and no later than two-hundred forty (240) calendar days after task order award. Primary Objective 2: Provide service package one, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services, document delivery services, greeter services, and offsite biometric collection services for India. In addition to the primary objectives above, the Department of State, after task order award, may realize a need for additional offsite biometric collection services.
