The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a service sole source contract with Minntech Corporation. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Minntech Corporation. Services will begin on June 1, 2012 thru May 31, 2013 at Marion, IL VA Medical Center. Minntech Corporation will be providing comprehensive maintenance and repair for two of the Advantage Plus Automated Endoscope Preprocessors. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available.
