Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care System WA, has a requirement for the collection and removal of Regulated Medical Waste - Needle Box exchange service at the VA Seattle and American Lake Divisions. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, materials and transportation needed to perform the services required. All services shall be priced as an all inclusive cost to the Government. The Period of Performance is the base year plus three option years. The offeror shall submit their Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission Tariff authorizing them to remove and dispose of Regulated Medical Waste in both Pierce and King Counties. The Contractor shall be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) www.pbn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. The NAICS is 562211 with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
