- This pre-solicitation notice is for the purpose of informing industry that a solicitation # AG-9A63-S-12-0075 for work which consists of providing a dump truck and operator for material hauls (to include soil, aggregate and large barrier rocks) is scheduled to be posted to FBO o/a 4 June 2012 with a projected response due date of 15 June 2012. The project is located in the Bucks Lake, Feather Falls and Scales area of the Feather River Ranger District of Plumas National Forest. All work will be accomplished IAW Statement of Work (which will be available in the solicitation) and all regulatory guidance. The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. The anticipated start date is 25 June 2012. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Services contract. Anticipated award date is 21 June 2012. The proposed performance period is 60 days. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 562119 and a related small business size standard of $12.5Million. This notice is not a request for proposals and proposals received as a result of this pre-solicitation notice will not be accepted or evaluated.
