- The Government is pursuing a long-term, Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order, "IDPO" with fixed pricing for the duration of 1 base year plus 4 option years for a potential total of 5 years, at the discretion of the Government. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. 100% Small Business Set-Aside Full & Open Competition after exclusion of sources applies.
