- Title - Procurement of the Improved Ballistic Armor Sub-System (iBASS) used on the USAF HH-60G Pavehawk Helicopters modified by 1H-60-931 Spares for items applicable to the Improved Ballistic Armor Sub-System (iBASS). This synopsis is issued in anticipation of RFQ FA8524-12-Q-00496. This is a limited source requirement per 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, TO: Lifeport Inc., dba Lifeport Interiors (Cage 38UY4) Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will not be made available through FedBizOpps. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16), a copy can be obtained from the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer.
