Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting market research through a sources sought notice to determine the availability of a small business to provide brand name or equal to the CORPAK MedSystems. The Cortrak 2 Enteral Access system uses real-time tracking of the placement of nasoenteric feeding tubes which substantially reduces the chance of misplacement. The system must be able to confirm the placement of these feeding tubes and allow for reinsertion of the stylet to reposition if necessary. The NAICS code is 339112 and the classification code is 6515. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is a sources sought notice only. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size, and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement. All responses shall be submitted in writing no later than June 6, 2012, 12:00 PM, EST to the attention of: Lori Fischer, VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667.
