Fourth: The pass code is hereby changed from 1222# to 3283#. Fifth: The Contracting Officer is hereby changed from Tiffany Bentley to David Zawisza. Sixth: The Contract Negotiator is hereby changed from Keri Sampson to Paula Harris.
