Attachment 1-RFI Request for Information Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Request for Information (RFI) Platinum Certified Oracle authorized resellers/service providers Purpose: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is pleased to release this Request for Information (RFI) in order to perform market research on what/how many sources possess the requisite capabilities to meet the Government's needs. This is an RFI/Sources Sought notice issued in accordance with FAR 15.201(e) to conduct market research. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The Government reserves the right to contact respondents to this RFI for further market research.
