- SOLICITATION: SPM4A6-12-R-0688, NSN 6685-00-020-2976; PR: IQC12111009031; ITEM: Kit, Dual Chuck Stem Gage; IAW Mil Spec Mil-I-85352 (3) type number M85352/4-1. This DLA direct procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 179 each for the base year only. The subject RFP Estimated Anual Quantity for the Base Year is 629 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 629 each. Surge and Sustainment provisions are not included in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://govauctions.supplier.ariba.com to learn more about how to particiapte in an auction. The solicitation will be issued on a small business set-aside basis (Full and Open Competition). First Article Testing applies. The required delivery is 223 ADO. However, if First Article is waived the required delivery is 148 days ADO. FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
