Description

This is a sole source procurement. This pre-solicitation is published for information purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The source is Foundation for Advanced Education in the Sciences, Inc. located at 1 Cloister Ct., Bethesda, MD 20814-1460. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) has a requirement for leasing 30 parking spaces within.3 miles from NCI owned Building 82 located at 9030 Old Georgetown Road, the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Cedar Lane. The period of performance for this acquisition is July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. AUTHORITY: FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Market research was conduct to determine if there are other sources are capable of providing services within.3 miles from NCI Building 82. No other sources were found capable of providing 30 parking spaces in the specific area.
