- Synopsis: Procure Medical/Surgical Equipment for the Portland VA Medical Center, Vancouver Campus Pharmacy Department automated compounder system equipment to increase safety, speed and accuracy in compound dosing. The contractor shall provide all equipment, hardware, software, disposables and manuals. The proposed items are Exactamix 1200 System Brand and Repeater Pump. If equal items are offered then they must meet the salient characteristics stated in the solicitation. This procurement is restricted utilizing cascading procedures giving first opportunity to Small Business. See FAR Provision 52.212-2 for specific evaluation criteria. All Offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. NAICS 339112 applies-size standard is 500 Employees. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation.
