- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation M67400-12-T-0091 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 6 June 2012. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is U013 and the NAICS code is 611519. This procurement constitutes CLINs 0001 and 0002. Synopsis will be as follows. Required Service and Descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001: Basic Alarm Theory Application (BATA) Training Course at Okinawa, Japan. CLIN 0002: Travel Related Expense. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability, Price and Delivery. Award will be made in aggregate. Therefore, any offer received without all services priced, as annotated in the attached SOW, will be excluded from competition. It is the offeror ™s responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government in order to determine acceptability of the offered services. Therefore, the offeror shall submit all technical information pertaining to their offered services in order for the Government to determine technical acceptability. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 6 June 2012.
