- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to add a Culvert in our Tail-Water Recreation Area at William H. Harsha Lake. Batavia, Ohio. NOTE: THIS RFQ is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The size standard is $33.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The quote due date is Monday 25 June 2012 no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
