- Drawings Specifications Wage Determination Solicitation SF-18 The Hiawatha National Forest announces an opportunity for the Rear Range Lighthouse Restoration project. This acquisition is set-aside for Emerging Small Businesses. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204(b), the estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990. The Small Business Administration size standard is $14.0 million. The emerging small business standard will be $7.0 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about June 8, 2012. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. The scope of work is to paint the interior and exterior of the Rear Range Lighthouse, and to repair and seal interior and exterior concrete. The work includes but is not limited to, mobilization, preparation and painting the interior and exterior, including lead based paint removal and disposal and all other surface preparation; and repairing and sealing of the interior and exterior concrete.
