Description
The purpose of this modification is to add the following questions and answers: Question #1: What is the distance between the work sites? Answer #1: The underground storage tanks are located next to each other. Question #2: What are the tank dimensions? Depth? Length? Width? or Diameter? Answer #2: Each tanks measures 11.5 ft high x 20 ft long x 10 ft wide. Question #3: Are there any support columns in the water tanks? Answer #3: No there are no support columns. Question #4: How close can we park our truck and trailer? Answer #4: Vehicles can park within 15 ft of the tanks top access covers. The road to the tanks is a two track up a small hill, the tanks are buried at the top of the hill. A pickup with trailer could access the area at the top and make a turn around. Question #5: Are the hatches at least 24"? Answer #5: There are two hatches 24" X 24" with metal stairs to access each of the tanks. Question #6: Are there any berms, ledges, or baffles int he water tanks? Answer #6: The center wall between the two tanks acts as a baffle allowing water to cross between the two tanks. Question #7: Are there any damages or leaks that you are aware of? Answer #7: The tanks were videoed last year and there were no visible leaks or damage. Question #8: Are there any special requirements for the discharged sediment or is it going on ground as is? Answer #8: The sediment can be discharged on the area away from the tanks approximately 30 ft into different directions.
