Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with Micro Systemation - MSAB, Inc. for the purchase of fifty-one (51) XRY Office Version-Complete Kit to include two (2) year maintenance and nine (9) ASUS A53E-TS51 Laptop Computer. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brian Wilkins, email address Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov by Friday June 21, 2012 (12:00 am EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
