Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The parts listed on the attachment are brand name only and can not have any substitute or equal parts. The NAICS code for the requirement is 334290. The size standard is 750 employees. Following clauses/provisions are incorporated; there full text may be accessed electronically at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. FAR 52.212-1-Instructions of Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4-Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5-Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.232-33-Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) the web site for registration is http://www.ccr.gov if registration has not been accomplished.
