- The Project Manager Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT) is holding a Track Summit for all interested suppliers of track. The scope of this meeting will include a track requirements forecast for all HBCT vehicles and a discussion of the future procurement strategy for track. Questions will be allowed after the brief presentation. HBCT vehicles use T158LL, T157i, T161, T107, and T154 track types. A record of the conference shall be made and published on FedBizOps after the meeting. The record will include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this event. Location: TACOM-Warren, 6501 E. 11 Mile Rd, Warren, Michigan. The meeting will be held in Building 229, 2nd floor, room 2555. Time: The event will begin at 0800 on 27 June 2012. Attendees should plan on arriving to TACOM at least one hour prior to the event so you may process through security, obtain a visitor's pass, park, and check-in at the event. All visitors should enter the installation through the 11 Mile Road gate. The meeting will end no later than 1200 noon. RSVP: Contractors electing to attend the Track Summit must RSVP to Ms. Andrea Ballantine, PM HBCT Industrial Base Specialist, at andrea.j.ballantine.civ@mail.mil, no later than 25 June 2012. There is a limit of two (2) representatives per contractor. The contractor must provide the following information in the email for each representative: name(s) of person(s) attending, company name, company cage code (if available), title, business phone number, and email address. RSVPs should have a subject line reading: RSVP Track Summit - (Company Name). One email RSVP per company is appreciated. Contractors are solely responsible for all expenses associated with their attendance at the Track Summit. Installation Access: All visitors must bring photo identification. To obtain a vehicle security pass you must have a driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Technical Exhibits will not be provided at this meeting.
