- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Set-Aside for Small Businesses. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) issued under N66001-12-T-6424. The government is soliciting quotes for the purchase of commercial supplies. This requirement will result in a firm fixed priced purchase order. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 333618. The size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 (18 May 2012) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DPN 20120522 (Effective 22 May 2012) Edition.
