- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-12-T-0114 CLIN 0001: 8 Channel Basic Card HBM P/N 1- GN814-2 CLIN 0002: Tower Mainframe HBM P/N 1-GEN7T-2 GEN7T - 7 slot 9799 CLIN 0003: Perception Advanced HBM P/N 1-PERC-AD-02-2 CLIN 0004: 19 Inch Rack for 1KV DC Probe HBM P/N 1-G019-2 CLIN 0005: 1 KV DC Probe HBM P/N 1-G041-2 The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. HBM, Inc. 19 BARLETT ST. MARBROUGH, MA. 01752-3014. These are Direct Replacements for the existing system. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Delivery is required FOB Destination, Crane, IN 47522-5001 Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. N00164-12-T-0114. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. Quoters - Please note before preparing your quote, carefully review ALL Sections All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
