No other changes were made.*** SOLICITATION NUMBER: W912C6-12-T-0017 OFFER DUE: 26 JUNE 2012/ 6:00 PM EST ISSUE DATE: 14 JUNE 2012 SIZE STD: $7.0 M NAICS: 561730 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is issued and attached. The US Army Reserve has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services for the following locations in Alabama: AL011 - WILLIAM W EVANS USARC, 507 WESTGATE PARKWAY, DOTHAN, AL 36303-2932 AL036/AL088 - DAVID MONIAC USARC/AMSA 152(G), 2775 GUNTER PARK DRIVE WEST, MONTGOMERY, AL 36109-1000 AL035 - ROBERT R. MARDE USARC, 2001 PEPPERELL PARKWAY, OPELIKA, AL 36801-5541 AL072 - 310TH CHEM CO USARC, 30 LONGHORN LANE, FORT MCCLELLAN, AL 36205-5000 A site visit is scheduled on 19-20 June 2012, for interested vendors to see locations. POC for the site visit is Mr. Frank Rose at 334-416-5533 or frank.rose@usar.army.mil. The offer due date is listed in block 8 of the SF 1449 (26 June 2012/6:00pm EST). This solicitation contains a performance work statement for a performance based service, this means the government has described what is to be accomplished, not how to accomplish it. The contractor shall provide deliverables as described herein. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract consisting of a base period, and a one year option. Any or none of the options may be exercised at the unilateral discretion of the government. IAW FAR 19.1305, this requirement is a 100% HUBZONE set-a-side. In order to comply with the Debt Collection improvement act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract, information regarding the registration in CCR may be accessed through their website at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1888-227-2423 for registration assistance. Payments by WAWF are mandatory. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure they build into their proposed price the necessary hours that it will take to meet the performance standards specified. All offerors shall comply with the following failure to comply will result in the offer being considered non-responsive. Offers shall be submitted by one of the following means: email to willie.e.bates@usar.army.mil or faxed to 803-751-1901. Only one offer will be accepted, submission of multiple copies will result in all offers being rejected as non-responsive. Only the pages and information listed below are to be returned. Do not return the entire solicitation package. Page 1, Blocks 17A, 30A, 30B, and 30C fully completed, Page 3-16 (with quote entered on each blank), and SBA letter certifying status of HUBZONE.
