- Ames Laboratory, under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has a need for 1 Closed Cycle 3He System. With this Request for Proposal (RFP), you are invited to furnish a fixed-price proposal. Prospective Offerors should review the attached documents, including the Request for Proposal (RFP), Equipment Specifications, Representations and Certifications, and the Commercial Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to submit a response to the Ames Laboratory are included as a part of the RFP document. Questions should be sent no later than 4 p.m. CST June 18, 2012 and will be responded to via e-mail only. Electronic proposals are encouraged and should be submitted to spiker@ameslab.gov by close of RFP, 4 p.m. June 28, 2012.
