- Forest Service has a requirement to purchase an Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emissio Spectrometer with dual fiew and simultaneous analysis. This piece of laboratory equipment must be compatible to the specification of a name brand or equal to the ThermoFisher ICAP6300 in order for the equipment to perform specific tasks for the customer. Offerors will be required to submit specification sheets in order to evaluate the specifications of the equipment.
