Description
1I appreciate the detail of the statement of work. However I don't seem to be able to find the manpower requirements. They are not listed 2Will the acquisition strategy now allow small businesses with the required expertise to bid on this RFP? Yes 3Is the maintenance required to be done off-site (7.i.14) across Theatre at the 500 customer sites? Is travel provide by the government? Are toold provided by the government? One visit per quarter to Afghanistan or Kuwait for up to seven days; government will arrange travel via MILAIR; tools provided by the government 4Where is training done? If on-site in Qatar is classroom and training aids provided by government? If MTT-type training, will training aids need to be transported from Qatar or available at sites? On site at CAS. Training aids provided by government 5Does the government expect any special skill/certifications required for handling/managing controlled substances? No 6Is TEWLS, DMLSS, DCAM training available to contractor personnel enroute to Qatar? No 7What are the government requirements/costs involved in placing employees into the Embassy's Warden System? It is the government's intent for the Contractor to source commercial air transportation through USTRANSCOM when referencing "transportation systems"? the Contractor will not have to source commercial air transportation through USTRANSCOM. Commercial air transportation is coordinated through DHL, NAC, FEDEX 115Does the government intend for the Contractor to provide logistical support to include air transportation to final destinations within CENTCOM? If so, will that be included in the pricing matrix? Contractor will not be required to provide air transportation to final destinations within CENTCOM. 116The solicitation requires multiple functional areas of expertise (warehousing, IT, logistics, medical services).
