- Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Program Management Office Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Command, Control, and Communications (MC3) in support of the Tactical Elevated Antenna Mast System (TEAMS) is seeking information from parties capable of providing a trailer rack mounting kit using government provided technical drawing package, that matches the existing solution and can mount a TEAMS on a M-1102 heavy trailer. TEAMS is a 34 meter tall, collapsible antenna mast system that supports various Line-of-Sight antenna systems by extending operating ranges. TEAMS is currently mounted on the M-1102 heavy trailer via a Trailer Rack kit produced by Contact Corporation. The Government is seeking interested contractors that can provide approximately 350 TEAMS Trailer Rack kits in accordance with the technical drawing package provided by the Government. Potential offerors responses should include (1) Information related to business size and socioeconomic status, (2) Estimates on timeframe and quantities to be deliveried (i.e. 50 kits per month over 7 months), and (3) Estimates on the cost to manufacture the Trailer rack kits. Marine Corps Systems Command will coordinate with potential offerors, the opportunity to visually inspect an existing TEAMS Trailer Rack kit and the M-1102 heavy trailer in the desired configuration in an agreed upon location. Further discussions would only be intended to give further clarification of the potential capability to meet the requirements. Interested parties should respond with: company name; company point of contact “ to include name, phone number and email address; CAGE Code; Business Size status, i.e. small business, or other than small business; and a brief description of the company ™s experience in design and manufacturing. If the company is a small business, please provide a further breakdown of the small business type, i.e. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, small disadvantaged small business, etc. If adequate competition is available within subcategories of small business concerns, it will be set-aside for small businesses. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes “ it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Marine Corps is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party ™s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
