- Performance Work Statement for Nuance Upgrade This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-12-Q-0066 Contractor is to provide the training listed below. This is a brand name requirement. Only Nuance or one of their authorized partners can provide this upgrade. Equipment and Software are proprietary to Nuance. Offerors that can not verify that they are authorized by Nuance to perform this upgrade will be considered technically unacceptable. See Attached Performance Work Statement. NAICS code is 517911 and the size standard is1,500 employees. The resulting order will be firm-fixed price. The offeror shall provide a price for all lines above. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest overall price, who adheres to the Performance Work Statement, the RFQ and is technically acceptable.
