- This is a Sources Sought FA4830-12-Q-0076 announcement seeking Small Business responses in order to determine interested parties participation in the acquisition. Initially, this requirement is not presently proposed a Small Business Set-Aside; however, businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for NAICS code 611699 are also being sought as sources for consideration for the forthcoming solicitation. The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA2 plans to establish a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Mutli-Discipline Tactical Training for Moody Air Force Base. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to conduct the following training at one centrally managed location: Medical Training -Hemorrhage Control -Hemostatic Agent Review -CASEVAC -PJ Medication -Advanced Airway Tech -Burn Management -Patient Assessment -Medical Considerations in Austere Environments Weapons Training -Transition Drills -Tactical Firing Positions -Rapid Aimed Firing Techs/Recoil Mgmt -Pivot Drills -Barricade Drills -Limited Exposure Drills -Review and Enhance Loads, Reloads & Unloads -Enhance Weapons Manipulations -Multiple Target Engagement Tech -Shooting on the Move (assaults and laterals) -Shooting from Other, Around and Behind Cover Tactics Training -Responding Urban Down Helo w/ MCI -Wadi Convoy IED Scenario -Responding to a Down H-60 Scenario -Exploitation of Secondary & Tertiary Targets -Force on Force / Sims Hits Scenario -Responding to a Urban Convey IED Scenario -High Angle Scenario The designated NAICS Code is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, with size standard of $7.0 million. Your response shall reference this Sources Sought number FA4830-12-Q-0076. Your response shall include the following information: •SBA designation (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, Women Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.) •Business name •CAGE code •Name of Point of contact •Email address •Phone and fax numbers •Size standard of company •Central Contractor Registration (CCR) number Contractors must be presented in sufficient detail that your company possesses the necessary means to hire qualified candidates to fulfill the requirements indicated.
