- Sources Sought Attachment DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a long term contract for the NSNs attached. Also shown are the currently approved manufacturers and associated part numbers for these items. AMSC other than C: DLA Land & Maritime does not have any drawings/specifications associated with these items. Sources interested in becoming approved sources for these NSNs must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items AMSC - C - While DLA Land & Maritime may have drawings/specifications associated with these items, only the sources listed below are currently approved. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. Sources interested in offering other than the approved/genuine CAGE/PNs listed in attachment should complete the attached market survey and return the completed copy to Matt Brubaker at Matthew.Brubaker@dla.mil by July 2, 2012.
