- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Susan Tyndall, AMSRD-RDER-PRC-ED susan.tyndall@us.army.mil This is a Market Survey to identify Sources of Supply for procurement of PCI-DIO-120, 120-line Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), NSN: 5998-01-485-3852, quantity of 11, which is part of the AN-USC-64, Integrated Control Console (ICC). The rights to the technical data required to manufacture and test this CCA and all its related equipment are not owned by the government. The technical data rights for manufacturing and testing of this CCA are the sole proprietorship of KONTRON AMERICA, Inc. (CAGE: 0AYU9), 14118 Stowe Dr., Poway, Ca. 92064-7147. Any manufacturer who can immediately provide the required quantities of these CCAs must submit documentation which certifies Form, Fit, and Function identical to PCI-DI0-120 by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, AMSRD-RDER-PRC-ED, Building 6010 3rd floor, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase orders if the supplier was a vendor to the original source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will perform satisfactorily when used in the intended application by the military.
